Day 1: Snowmobiling (+ or - 130 kilometers)

You’ll be welcomed in L’Anse-Saint-Jean by our guide, who will explain how the next three days will unfold. Comfortably warm, the guide will introduce you to the day’s snowmobile itinerary, and then you’ll be dressed from head to toe for your day’s snowmobiling. Load up your gear for the day and let yourself be guided through the magnificent panorama of the little-known Lower Saguenay. Conditions permitting, you’ll explore the frozen Fjord and perhaps meet some fishermen who will show you their catch of the day. Return to your base camp and dinner on your own. Take advantage of a starlit evening to contemplate the skies over our region.

Day 2: Snowshoe hikes

Breakfast at base camp and departure for Mont-Édouard ski resort, where you’ll be invited to discover the richness of unspoiled nature in the company of your interpreter-guide. Along the way, you’ll be amazed by Mother Nature’s many surprises and exceptional panoramas. On and off trail, you’ll climb the mountain to the summit to admire the different viewpoints, returning via the other side.

Day 3: Dog sledding

Breakfast at base camp and then off to the dog-sledding kennel, which will be your base camp for dog-sledding activities. You are then invited to experience dog sledding. In the company of experienced Mushers, you’ll discover the aptly named Emmuraillé Lake. This activity will bring your stay to a close.

Conditions, cancellation and refund policy

A deductible of $2,900.00 per snowmobile is mandatory (a credit card number is required for rental. Any damage below this amount is not covered by insurance and will be charged if applicable).

A valid driving license (4B or class 5) is required for all drivers, as is a minimum driving age of 18.

Children are accepted only if their feet rest on the snowmobile’s footboard.

Reservations

A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is required on booking. The balance of the invoice is due 30 days before the date of the activity. If the reservation is made within 30 days of the scheduled activity date, the full amount of the invoice must be paid at the time of reservation. No reservation is guaranteed without a deposit.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 7 days or more before the date of the activity: 90% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 3 and 6 days: reimbursement of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellation 2 days or less before the activity date: no refund.
